Cooking Channel to Film Live Customer Interviews at Hot N Juicy Crawfish
On Friday, March 9, 2012 Unique Eats on the Cooking Channel will be filming at Hot N Juicy Crawfish located at 3863 Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas. Filming will begin at 6:00 a.m., and customer interviews will take place from noon through 4:00 p.m.
Las Angeles, CA, March 07, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Cooking Channel program, Unique Eats, features some of the nation’s most exciting restaurants and on Friday, March 9, it will be filming at Hot N Juicy Crawfish located at 3863 Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas. Filming will begin at 6:00 a.m., and customer interviews will take place from noon through 4:00 p.m.
Unique Eats provides viewers with an inside look at the world of extreme food. The show’s claim to fame is being able to seek out some of the most amazing examples of modern dining available in America today.
“We are looking forward to a fun-filled day of activities and promotions and are excited to hear what our customers have to say,” says Laina Vo, co-founder, Hot N Juicy Crawfish. “It’s a great way to get feedback and have some fun too. Customer interviews will take place during noon and 4:00 p.m as well.”
Hot N Juicy is no stranger to getting media attention. In the past, it’s appeared on the widely popular Travel Channel program Man v. Food Nation; and Cynthia McFaddden of ABC Nightline reported, “They cook up some of the best shrimp and king crab legs I’ve ever had.”
McFadden grew up in Maine and considers herself somewhat of a seafood expert so that is no small accolade. She says that she often finds herself daydreaming about their “steaming plates of crawfish with the Hot N Juicy special sauce.”
Additionally, Hot N Juicy Crawfish is in negotiations to appear in a hot new reality show – Crawfish Cowboys, produced by Raymond Segura.
So, it’s no surprise that the Cooking Channel wants to get in on this action too.
Vo adds that, “The past few years have been a whirlwind. In addition to the success of our current locations, we are also about to open a fifth seafood restaurant in Orange County, CA. We feel very lucky to have the ability to do so.”

Currently, Hot N Juicy has four locations: two in Las Vegas; one in Washington D.C.; and one in Orlando. The Orange County location will make five. Founders, Tim Nguyen and Laina Vo, created the concept based on their personal passions for seafood and fun.
The first locations were opened in Las Vegas after their research revealed a lack of something they could not live without – crawfish – the kind that keeps you coming back for more.
Seafood is served in a plastic bag and plopped on a plastic-lined table cloth to be devoured with bare hands. Menu options allow customers to choose a spice level; seasoning; and “juicy cravings” (i.e., crawfish, oysters, clams, king crab, lobsters, etc.).
