TouchSystems Announces Availability of Two, Large-Format, Touch Displays
TouchSystems adds the X 46" and the X 55" to the channel. Both displays are integrated with dispersive signal technology (DST).
Hutto, TX, March 08, 2012 --(PR.com)-- TouchSystems is excited to announce the addition of the X Series models, the X 46”and the X 55,” to the channel. The two displays’ only difference resides in their sizes and resolutions; in every other way, their technologies are the same. Some of those technologies include an Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) slot and LED backlighting. TouchSystems has integrated the displays with dispersive signal technology (DST), furthering the capabilities of the displays.
The X 46” and X 55” are enjoying popularity with the homebuilding and real estate sectors; however, they are not limited to those sectors. The two displays are equipped with industrial-strength, premium-grade, sealed panels, making them an optimal choice for high traffic areas. They also are an attractive choice to the retail, hospitality, and QSR industries because of their slim depth and HD LCD displays.
Their functionality extends beyond the superficial. Internally, the displays feature thermal protection controls, such as temperature sensors with self-diagnosis tools and fans. Carol Nordin, President of TouchSystems, also notes the displays’ low energy consumption due in part to the LED-backlighting technology as well the OPS slot which creates a cable-free and easy-to-use solution.
X4650D-U1 and X5550D-U1 features at a glance:
· Dispersive signal technology (DST)
· LED backlighting technology
· Built-in speakers
· Carbon footprint meter
· Scheduler
· Screen saver function
· OPS/Expansion slot
· Multiple connectivity options, including USB, DisplayPort, HDMI, RS-232C, and LAN
