Auburn Hills, MI, March 08, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Reliance One, Inc. is planning on hiring more than 50 internal employees in the next five years at its new location in Auburn Hills where the staffing and business consulting company moved into on March 5, 2012.
Over the next couple of years, Reliance One also expects to grow to a $50 million company as demand continues to rise for highly skilled talent in the southeastern Michigan region.
Reliance One has purchased a 22,000 square-foot building at 1700 Harmon Road in Auburn Hills and will consolidate from its current office locations in Clarkston and Bingham Farms. Reliance One will continue to operate offices in Ann Arbor and Detroit. The growth in client demand has caused its internal staff to expand, and thus the company has outgrown its current facilities in Clarkston.
“This is a strategic move designed to help us manage our growth in the future and centralize our operations,” said Reliance One Co-Founder Jim Beath. “We see continued growth in the market due largely to an improved economy and increased hiring for businesses in this area and throughout the state of Michigan.”
Reliance One is also in the process of completing rebranding strategy designed to highlight its full array of services. To create a new working environment that promotes productivity and innovative thinking, the office is equipped with state of the art workspaces, conference rooms, and teaming centers. The new exercise center and upbeat kitchen and eating facilities round out the office as a pleasant place to spend the day.
