Tampa Palms Developer Completes Vision for Phase II Construction at Tampa Palms Professional Center
With occupancy rates hovering around 90 percent, Tampa Palms Professional Center rounds out its current inventory with eight oversized maxi suites ready to open in March.
Tampa, FL, March 09, 2012 --(PR.com)-- March will be a busy month at Tampa Palms Professional Center, located at 17427 Bridge Hill Court in Tampa Palms, as local professionals begin leasing their new maxi office suites ranging from 600 to over 1200 square feet each.

The Urettes completed final construction on the 7,500 square foot building in late February, and obtained several pre-lease contracts leading up to the grand opening.
