Ibo Prince and Rising Star from Nigeria Wins Over the American Audience
The Oklahoma dance group Dynasty is set to perform to the music of Nigeria's KukuAFRICANSTAR.
Oklahoma City, OK, March 15, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Prince Nwabufo Atusiubah, known by his stage name KukuAFRICANSTAR, was born to Chief and Lolo E.m.b.a.s Atusiubah in Nnewi, Nigeria. His recent hits “Break It” and “Miss Beautyful” captured the American audience and he is currently being managed by the Oklahoma based record label, ToshiCapital Rekordz. “We are organizing a video for KukuAFRICANSTAR’s dance hit ‘Break It’ to be performed by Dynasty, a popular dance group under our management,” says the label's founder.
KukuAFRICANSTAR gained recognition after the release of his debut single “Ready 4 Da Party” that was produced by one of Nigeria’s leading music producer SamKlef. In 2011 he shared the stage with superstars such as P-Square, Flavour and many other stars during the Star Trek Concert Tour that is sponsored by Star Lager Beer. They paraded the best Nigerian superstars across 10 cities during the popular national tour. Shortly after, he performed at the Most Beautiful Girl & the Most Beautiful Big Girl beauty pageants held in Abuja.
The hip hop and reggae artist is breaking boundaries and bringing a new flavor to the African music scene. Under the management of ToshiCapital Rekords, he has consistently kept the charts hot over the past few months. He is in the top five nationally and is gaining stardom as an internationally recognized performer.
