Hamilton 400 and Tasmanian V8 Supercars Choose Australian-Made Wristbands

Gold Coast, Australia, March 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- AAC ID Solutions, the Gold Coast based identification solutions provider, are happy to announce that they are the chosen supplier of the Tyvek wristbands which will be worn at both the Hamilton 400 and Tasmanian V8 Supercar events in March and April 2012.

These V8 Supercars are part of a series of touring car racing and will be held in Launceston, Tasmania in Australia and Hamilton in New Zealand which run as an International Series under FIA regulations.

V8 Supercars have opted for AAC Australian-Made Tyvek wristbands in a variety of different colours and custom designs for their corporate guests and staff. It was a huge benefit to the V8 Supercars event organisers to be able to obtain their wristbands so quickly, as the AAC manufacturing facility is less than 10 minutes from their Head Office.

The second type of wristband chosen for the events are the soft, tri-laminate, Wide Face Vinyl Wristbands, which allow for an extra-wide, prominent space on the wristband to promote a VIP area.

Security and identification of special guests and workers are the main priorities for these types of events, and it is also important to also distinguish who is allowed to view the race, and who is not.

Both Tyvek and Vinyl are excellent options for big sporting events like these. Both wristbands are non-transferrable, durable, comfortable, waterproof and available in a choice of colours with custom branding and design.

The V8 Supercars Tasmania Challenge will take place from the 30th of March to the 1st of April 2012, and the Hamilton 400 Challenge will take place from the 20th to the 22nd of April 2012.
