UpWord Communications Hits One-Year Mark

Austin, TX, May 24, 2007 --(PR.com)-- UpWord Communications is a happy, healthy 1-year-old.

The Austin, Texas-based communications firm celebrates its first anniversary this month. Founded in May 2006 by veteran communications professional John Egan, UpWord Communications specializes in public relations, media relations, Web content and research.

Egan established UpWord Communications following nearly seven years as editor and managing editor of the Austin Business Journal. He has more than 20 years of experience in the media industry.
