On May 23rd 2007, regulators unanimously approved interpretive guidance of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 to assist public companies augment their internal controls and financial reporting efforts while reducing costs. The Knowledge Congress has assembled a panel of distinguished experts to help make these policies clear to the organizations most impacted.
