The Forum at Desert Harbor, a Five Star Senior Living community, recently named Russell Wagner as executive director. Wagner brings 17 years of healthcare experience to his role as executive director of The Forum at Desert Harbor in Peoria.

Wagner brings 17 years of healthcare experience to his role as executive director of The Forum at Desert Harbor in Peoria. He supervises all aspects of the full service rental retirement community's senior services including the 155 independent living residences,80 assisted living apartments, and on-site, 57-bedhealthcare center.
"The campus is enormous with a full range of lifestyle options," Wagner said of the resort-style senior living community that skirts the shore of Desert Harbor Lake. "I enjoy interacting day-to-day with hundreds of residents and family members. The team,experts in their own right, all share 15-plus years of experience.

A 37-year-old native of Arizona, Wagner holds an Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy from Gateway Community College, and a Bachelor's in Business from Arizona State University. The licensed respiratory care practitioner most recently served as administrator of health care at The Forum at Tucson. His professional affiliations include serving as a member on the Governor's Office on Aging's committees for fall prevention and elder abuse coalition.
