Kimberly Timmons Interiors Sweeps 2007 ASID 9th Annual Interior Design Awards
Kimberly Timmons Interiors received three first place awards at the 2007 ASID 9th Annual Interior Design Awards ceremony for outstanding hospitality and residential design. The winning projects included 1) 1st Place Commercial-Hospitality, 2) 1st Place Model Home, and 3) 1st Place Residential-Renovation.
Denver, CO, May 25, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Three first place awards were presented to Kimberly Timmons Interiors at the 2007 ASID 9th Annual Interior Design Awards ceremony for outstanding hospitality and residential design. The winning projects selected from 152 entries included 1) First Place Commercial-Hospitality over 10,000 sf for the Corte Bella Social Center Anacapa Grill, a Pulte Homes/Del Webb community located in Sun City West, Arizona, 2) First Place Model Home for the Bristlecone 5511 Model at Reunion, a Shea Homes community located in Commerce City, Colorado, and 3) First Place Residential-Renovation for the Johnson’s residence located in Cherry Hills, Colorado. The annual American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Colorado Chapter recognized the achievements of interior designers throughout Colorado at a ceremony on May 10, 2007 at the Donald Seawell Grand Ballroom in The Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
In addition to winning first place at the 2007 ASID awards ceremony this year, Kimberly Timmons Interiors’ Corte Bella Social Center Anacapa Grill also won the prestigious Best in American Living Award (BALA) for Best Amenity/Feature earlier this year at the national 2007 BALA Awards ceremony in Orlando. The Johnson’s residence, which won a first place award, features inspired design with classical French influences and was recently featured in Luxe Magazine. “We have an amazing team of designers whose dedication to our clients and to creative, functional design made this level of recognition possible,” said Kimberly Timmons, Principal. “I also want to recognize the creative contributions of Craig and Lisa Johnson, whose vision and inspired collaboration helped us to transform their home into a work of art.”
