Toronto, Canada, March 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- FrostByte Media Inc. - Heavy Metal recording artists, Harm new CD titled, “The Nine” is set for release April 3, 2012.
Southern Ontario’s heavy groove kings, HARM’s live performances have everyone churned back through the venue doors hooked and ready for more. Their musical innovation and intensity translates strongly through mics and amps, hitting the crowd’s right in their core.
Harm was a featured act at 2008’s Roger’s Spring Music Festival and performed at the Y108/RedPipe.ca Breakout Band Challenge and Metal Queen Management's metal festival in Downsview Park. Off the stage the band further reveals their professionalism in all aspects of the job.
Their original material is extensive, hashing loudly the finer points of political prowess and emotional landscapes, combining easily with addictive melodies and empowering hooks. Heavy magazine has given the album a 9/11 rating, declaring that: “…The Nine provides roughest Metal Stuff, a dynamic roller-coaster ride with bristling variety…”, inclusion on Slam magazines CD sampler along the likes of Rob Zombie, Dropkick Murphys and Bring me the Horizon. Stellar reviews have been accompanied by strong sales as well as regular airplay of the singles “Little Pariah” and “Another Conspiracy” in the clubs and radio stations of Europe.
“People just want music they can get up and shake their stuff to” A crass but fitting description from guitarist Mike Allen of the musical drive that fuels the very essence of the heavy groove kings April release. The new CD is just what the doctor ordered. Truly all expectations for the release have been shattered and HARM now stands poised to bring “The Nine” to their native Canada.
