Gulf Atlantic Mortgage Merges with Blue Skye Lending of Lakewood Ranch, Florida

Sarasota, FL, March 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Gulf Atlantic Mortgage in Sarasota has merged with Blue Skye Lending, a full service mortgage brokerage firm based in Lakewood Ranch, FL. The merger will allow existing Gulf Atlantic customers to benefit from Blue Skye Lending’s exceptional platform and extensive lender contacts. Gulf Atlantic’s office at 5934 Palmer Blvd. will become Blue Skye Lending’s new Sarasota branch.

Geoff Allison, former owner of Gulf Atlantic Mortgage, will serve as the Branch Manager for the Sarasota office.
