The Jon Block Group Initiates First Tennis Sponsorship with David Konstantinov
San Francisco, CA, March 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Expanding upon the firm’s tremendously successful sponsorship program in motorcycle road racing, The Jon Block Group is pleased to announce its first tennis sponsorship with an endorsement of 17 year old San Francisco native, David Konstantinov. Training at his home base, the San Francisco Tennis Club, David works on court with Lance Johnson and off court with Leonard Ko. In just a few months, the collaborations have paid dividends. In 2012, David has reached the quarterfinals in Boys18s tournaments in Fresno and Modesto. In his Men’s Open singles debut, he knocked off the #2 and #4 seeds en route to the final.
“The goal was to take David’s inherent acumen for the game, including his great ‘hands’, and super charge those talents, adding new dimensions to make him a ‘complete’ player,” adds Jon Block. “Thus far, we are delighted with his rapid progress and he serves as an inspiration to younger players looking to take their game to the next level.
