Arizona's Arrowhead Grill Offers Easter Brunch Sunday, April 8
Specially selected menu by Chef Charles Wade Schwerd offered for Easter Brunch at Arrowhead Grill on Sunday, April 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Glendale, AZ, March 31, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Easter Sunday brunch comes but once a year and Arrowhead Grill means to make it special with its specially prepared Easter Brunch April 8. The Easter menu created by Chef Charles Wade Schwerd is a selection of his finest creations complete with flavorful starters and sides designed to enhance each experience.
Entrees include a choice of Eggs Benedict, 1/2 rack of New Zealand Lamb or half a roast chicken, an 8-ounce Prime Rib, 10-ounce Delmonico steak, a 7-ounce Filet Mignon wrapped in Applewood bacon, Atlantic salmon or swordfish or a 16-ounce pork tenderloin and pork chop.
Chef Charles Wade Schwerd’s special menu, available at his west Valley restaurant from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, will start with a choice of spring salad, summer salad, Caesar salad, ambrosia salad, or New England style clam chowder. The cost is $42.99 per person and reservations are required.
A delicious Arrowhead Grill side will also be included, with the choices of sautéed asparagus, sautéed green beans, mashed potatoes, baked potato, creamed corn, creamed spinach, AG hash browns, sautéed mushrooms and onion or maple mashed sweet potatoes.
“Our menu has been created to make the day memorable,” Schwerd said. “Each entrée can be expertly paired by our staff with a salad or soup and side to enhance its flavor and each patron’s experience or people can choose pairings for their own enjoyment.”
Dessert will also be offered for an additional $5.99 and include the choice of the restaurant’s signature butter cake, crème brulee vanilla, cinnamon cake or strawberries and chocolate fondue.
Schwerd’s 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. brunch schedule leaves plenty of time for families attending church in Glendale.
