Arizona Homebuilder Offering 50 percent Discounts on the Solar Panel Systems Through April 30

Taylor Morrison is now offering 2.14 kilowatt and 3.44 kilowatt systems on a 20-year, pre-paid lease through Solar City, one of the leading providers of solar technology in the nation. As part of Taylor Morrison’s Dream Home Design Event, the homebuilder is offering 50 percent off all solar options. The offer runs through April 30.
It is estimated that the solar panel systems could save homeowners as much as $500 per year on their utility bills.
Currently, Taylor Morrison has almost two dozen communities around the Phoenix area, including the new Summit Collection at Blackstone Country Club at Vistancia, which opened March 2. Finally, the “Happily Ever After” package adds all tile and/or wood flooring to the previous packages for a total savings of 20 percent.
