A licensed Realtor for six years, she will assist buyers and sellers with residential real estate and relocation services in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.
Originally from upstate New York, Talcott moved to Florida in 1997 and lived in Charlotte County for 10 years, where she was an agent with HomeChoice Real Estate. She has also lived in the Sarasota and the Tampa Bay areas. Her strong customer service skills and follow-through have earned her repeat clients and referrals.
Talcott has a paralegal background and 15 years of administrative experience including residential and commercial real estate, a tremendous asset in her ability to facilitate real estate transactions. She was Executive Administrative Assistant for commercial broker John Burpee at NAI Tampa Bay, an Assistant to a luxury Realtor team in Sarasota, and Administrative Assistant for Prudential Palms Realty, where she maintained 400 listings.
