Author Richard Neumann has dreamed of working for George Lucas for more than 30 years. From the day Star Wars first appeared on the silver screen he has burned a candle or should we say light saber for Lucasfilm. “I was seduced by the Dark Side” says Neumann, “My career drew me away from writing and down the path of corporate finance.” Rising to the level of Chief Financial Officer for a half billion dollar company only minutes from George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch in Marin, he was never able to get a single interview for a job. “I probably have one of the most extensive collections of reject letters from Lucas film,” brags Neumann.
