EIM to Release Learn 'N' Earn and Interactive Incentives Games Modules
EIM will release two new modules to its suite of recognition and incentive solutions ā Learn āNā Earn and Interactive Incentive Games ā at the World at Work Total Rewards Conference in Orlando, May 2012.
Dayton, OH, April 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- EIM (Excellence In Motivation) announces the addition of two new modules to its recognition and incentive suite of solutions. EIM’s Learn ‘N’ Earn and Interactive Incentive Games will be unveiled to the public at the World at Work Total Rewards Conference in Orlando, FL, May 21-23, 2012. Both modules work with EIM element®, the company’s proprietary employee engagement platform.
EIM’s Learn ‘N’ Earn module combines e-learning with recognition. “We are excited to enhance our suite of offerings with a learning reinforcement component,” said Bob Miller, President and CEO of EIM. “By integrating e-curriculum to rewards, the learning process becomes energized. Training that was once considered to be boring or a mandatory burden becomes revitalized with a motivating component.” The Learn ‘N’ Earn module enables client administrators to create new or link to existing learning content, set up test questions, and configure payout levels based on scores. Upon successful completion, the payout is deposited into the user’s reward account for redemption in EIM’s InReach Catalog of awards.
EIM’s Interactive Incentive Games module engages participants by rewarding behavior with game plays. “We have designed games for Fortune 1000 companies running sales incentives, referral programs, customer service programs and other types of recognition initiatives,” said Miller. “One of the most appealing aspects of the Interactive Incentive Games is the fact that they provide immediate reinforcement for specific behaviors. This allows a company to effectively tie specific core objectives to rewards. This system has multi-generational appeal, and programs are delivered in a fun and entertaining fashion.” Clients can choose from multiple types of awards, such as online catalogs, specific merchandise or travel. The Interactive Incentive Games offer a variety of skin designs for clients to select from, allow corporate branding and are mobile friendly.
Product Demonstration: EIM will be holding product demos of its latest modules at the upcoming World at Work Total Rewards Conference, May 21-23, 2012; Booth #325.
