Virata Gamany, a local businessman known for his real estate expertise, has joined forces with SickKids Foundation to provide support and hope to children suffering from childhood illness.

In the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2011, SickKids Foundation invested a total of $61.9 million in Child health research, with significant portion of that amount going to critical initiatives.
