Cresa Madison Represents Shine Medical and Phoenix Nuclear Labs
Commercial Tenant Advisory Firm Secures Location Vital for Growth in Wisconsin
Madison, WI, April 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Cresa Madison recently represented Shine Medical and Phoenix Nuclear Labs for their Madison relocation. The move is an essential step for both companies to plan an $85 million manufacturing plant that will bring over 100 new jobs to Wisconsin.
Contracted in July 2011, Cresa Madison negotiated and secured a lease agreement in January 2012. Shine Medical and Phoenix Nuclear Labs will move into 10,000 sq. ft. of completely renovated space just off Hwy 12/18 on Industrial Drive as of March 1, 2012. In 18 to 24 months, the companies will begin construction of an $85 million manufacturing plant in Janesville that will employ more than 100 people with average salaries of $60,000 a year.
"Cresa Madison was a strong, collaborative partner in our search for office/warehouse space for our growing business," said Shine Medical Technologies’ founder and chief executive officer Greg Piefer. “Managing Principal, TJ Blitz, worked closely with us to understand our business and navigated us through an extensive search process to locate the right property to best serve our needs. His efforts especially paid off during the lease negotiation process, as any potential complications were addressed up-front.”
The Madison commercial tenant advisory firm provided full range of services during the lease negotiation, including the initial market survey, site selection, request-for-proposal process, location analysis, and strategic counsel.
