Uniastrum to Poll Website Visitors
The Bank’s Internet site now has a section for canvassing public opinion that enables visitors to share their views on a wide range of issues dealing with Uniastrum’s activities.
Moscow, Russia, April 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- On March 22 Uniastrum Bank’s website hosted its first opinion poll with the aim of gauging feedback on its consumer credit products and services. Over the next two weeks visitors to the site will be able to share their thoughts regarding the Bank’s personal lending initiatives and, most importantly, say what, in their view, the ability to obtain consumer credit means for a modern society. The results of the poll will then be posted on the website. To take part in the survey, simply click on the “Your Opinion Counts” banner on the homepage or go to the News page and click on the appropriate link.
The Uniastrum site is today a full-service online banking facility offering new interactive and information solutions on an ongoing basis. The site allows users not only to access details of the Bank and its services, including specific regions and customer groups, but also to interact directly with the Bank online. Any visitor, for example, can use the site to apply for a personal loan and receive a preliminary decision within a matter of minutes.
Uniastrum is a pioneering member of Russia’s Internet banking community. In the past two years the North West Banking Association Bank has ranked the Bank’s website as one of the Top-5 operated by Russian credit institutions. A notable feature of the site is its ongoing monitoring of visitor feedback. 79% of users currently rate it as either “good” or “excellent.”
“One of our prime concerns is to ensure constant two-way communication with existing and potential clients,” says Margarita Gerasimova, Uniastrum’s Vice President for Marketing. “The surveys which we intend to conduct on a regular basis will be an effective way of obtaining feedback from our customers, whose opinions are all-important for us. I therefore invite all visitors to our site to take part.”
