Triangle Continues Expansion with Acquisition of Chicago Graphic Service Inc.
Chicago, IL, May 31, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Triangle Printers Inc. president David Saltzman has announced the acquisition of Chicago Graphic Service Inc. The acquisition is expected to significantly strengthen Triangle’s market presence in the Chicago area, while opening or expanding several new lines of business opportunities for the company such as real estate, office product and automotive marketing.
Charged with implementing the new expansion strategy is former Chicago Graphic Service president Robert Kaplan, 50, who takes on the role of senior account executive at Triangle as part of the acquisition terms. Originally founded in 1953 as a division of Veritone Corporation, Chicago Graphic Service specialized in printing for the automotive, office product and real estate industries. Kaplan, a 2nd generation owner of the company, started in the shipping department in 1978, then moved into sales and management before becoming president in 1995.
