The most recent group to visit the vintage establishment included Singer/Songwriter Toby Keith and MLB pitcher Roger Clemens. Toby dinned with his wife Tricia and ordered the Chicken Parmesan while Roger was accompanied by his wife Debra Lynn who ordered New York Steaks and Bone in Rib Eye. The meal was highlighted by Tommy Emlaw, who prepared Bananas Foster Flambé table side for the wives.
Toby Kieth was in town for the Country Music Awards, and has released over 15 albums, several compilations, has had over 40 singles on Billboard’s Hot Country songs and has had over 19 number on hits. In addition he opened Toby Keith’s I love this bar and grill in Las Vegas several years ago.
Roger Clemens was in town to play golf in the Michael Jordan Celebrity Invitation, played at The Shadow Creek Golf Course in Las Vegas. Clemens in the winner of seven Cy Young Awards and threw over 1,000 strikeouts for The New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox

The restaurant is owned and operated by proprietor Dr. Michael J. Signorelli, who has carries multiple licenses at the steakhouse for the last 10 years. Michael is one of the first group to receive a Doctorate Degree from UNLV, while working for the Howard Hughes Corporation, and was the 2011 recipient of the David Chow Humanitarian Award for his contributions in the field of Education.
