Amanda is a senior in advertising at Iowa State University with an interest in creative advertising. She has had experience in public relations as an intern for the Mid-Iowa Boy Scout Council as well as creative experience as a designer for the Iowa State Daily. Amanda has lived in Iowa her entire life and is also very excited to spend the summer experiencing North Carolina.

Through this internship, Amanda will be exposed to a complete range of communications products and services, including marketing research, media strategies and placement, print and broadcast advertising creative and production, web creative and production, corporate ID and collateral development, direct mail development and fulfillment, events planning, outdoor advertising, signage, display and showroom development. Amanda is also using her internship with Boomer Advertising to satisfy three hours of professional media experience academic credit at Iowa State University.
