weBake.it: Boston Area Startup Aims to Connect Consumers with Artisanal Food Shops

But weBake.it isn’t your typical online marketplace. Tim and Rebecca have taken great care to provide an interactive and visual experience that centers around a content-first design; keeping the products front and center. “The major disadvantage to purchasing food online is that you don’t get to use all of your senses to experience the food,” said Tim. “We knew in order for customers to truly be enticed, we would have to focus on providing one of the most compelling experiences possible over the web.”
