Jimmie Van Zant Performs for Brendan’s Wish

Casselberry, FL, April 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Chappell Entertainment and CYA Records presents a Jimmie Van Zant performance at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, TX.

Musical artist Jimmie Van Zant will be performing at Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, April 28th. The show will be part of the first annual Concert and Motorcycle Rally for Brendan’s Wish. The rally, beginning in Corinth, TX and ending at the Speedway will begin at 10am. Van Zant takes the stage at 9pm. Along with performances by fellow southern rock band Molly Hatchet and Bad Company former lead singer Brian Howe, the rally will benefit the Histio Cure Foundation.

Van Zant most recently performed at Arizona and Daytona bike weeks. Continuing his 2012 tour in Fort Worth, this will be his second date in Texas, following his April 27th concert in Arlington at the 1010 Collins Entertainment Center. Despite the name, a motorcycle is not required for attendance at the event. It will benefit a terrific cause.

Brendan’s Wish is an organization which helps to raise money for the research and cure of HLH, an immune system disease which primarily affects young children. The organization was created by the family of Brendan James Ervin after he lost his fight to the disease in 2010.
