Southern Modular Industries Launched to Deliver Commercial Modular Structures for the Gulf Coast and Southern Central States
Houston, TX, November 10, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Southern Modular Industries, LP (“SMI”) announced its formation today. SMI is a manufacturing company specializing in commercial modular structures for the Gulf Coast and South Central states.
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, SMI and has more than 100,000 S/F of manufacturing space dedicated to providing high quality commercial modular products to its distribution partners. SMI will be marketing its buildings through sales and leasing companies.
SMI’s primary market segments are education, commercial, government, medical and other related custom modular markets where its structures are designed for either temporary or permanent use.
Southern Modular Industries’ mission is to provide quality, cost efficient modular structures with a “back to the basics” attitude and on-time delivery. SMI’s management TEAM of experienced professionals brings over 100 years of modular manufacturing experience to this effort.

Michael Bollero - President/CEO
Mr. Bollero has over 30 years senior management experience in the modular manufacturing and leasing industry including positions at Modtech Holdings, Resun Leasing, PortaKamp Mfg, and Elder International.
Joe Reid - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Reid has over 16 years operational experience managing modular manufacturing facilities at American Modular Systems and Modtech Holdings.
Michael Bollero Jr. - Vice President /Sales and Marketing
Mr. Bollero Jr. has over 11 years experience in the sales and project management of custom and standard modular product at Modtech Holdings, Williams Scotsman, and Resun Leasing.
