ERGOhealthy and ERGOhealthy Analytics Participates in the San Diego Event “I-DAY” May 15, 2012
San Diego, CA, April 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- ERGOhealthy, a San Diego-based ergonomic consulting company, announces their participation at “I – DAY,” Southern California’s leading insurance industry conference.
Cathi Marx, ERGOhealthy Vice President of Marketing, announced today that ERGOhealthy will be participating as a vendor at this annual event. Attendees will be able to speak to senior officers of the organization and see samples of the on-line analytics process that can predict and prevent ergonomic related injuries before they occur in the workplace.
Ms. Marx states "once the actual five minute analytics process is seen first hand using 3-D model imagery, employers can see the immediate value of the resulting instructional tool. After two additional surveys over a period of several weeks, each with an education component; the analytics information then drills down to identify employees that need additional assistance."
For those employees who are identified through the on-line analytics process as needing additional assistance, Ergohealthy ergonomics coaches will work with the employee for 6 months via remote coaching and counseling to assist in changes in the ergonomic behaviors.
"For the 30++ million telecommuters in the U.S and their employers, this remote analytic and survey process will help to reduce ergonomic related injuries for employees working out of their homes," says Ms. Marx.
