She has extensive professional experience in the Healthcare field which includes the Chicago State University Department of Nursing as a Manager of the Learning Resource Center, ABJ Community Services where she did her Counseling Psychology Internship, Chicago State University College of Health Sciences as a Tenure-Track Faculty and Student Advisor, University of Chicago Hospitals as a Manager of the Release of Information Department, Management Planning Institute as a Clinical Psychological Assessment and Therapy Practicum student.
Ms. Howe is currently attending Adler School of Professional Psychology where she is working on receiving her Doctorate of Psychology. She also works for St. Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center where she is a Director, Health Information Management Services and HIPAA Privacy Officer. She has been with this hospital since 2000. Ms. Howe has a broad range of duties including overseeing operations of the Health Information Management Department functions and compliance with Condition of Participation and Joint Commission.
