Prudential Arizona Properties Executives Lauded for 2011 Achievements
More than 300 of Phoenix's Top Real Estate Professionals Recognized as Company Jumps to Sixth Largest Prudential Franchise in North America
Phoenix, AZ, April 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Prudential Arizona Properties gathered 300 of its top Phoenix area real estate sales executives to recognize them for outstanding achievements in 2011. This year’s annual event was held at the Westin Kierland Resort and included recognitions for top sales, top closings, employee of the year and community partners of the year, among others. Many executives received both local and national awards. Prudential Arizona Properties is part of the Americana companies, which has 20 offices and 2,000 sales executives in Nevada and Arizona.
The event was hosted by Prudential Arizona Properties CEO Mark Stark. “We recognized the very best of the best within our company,” he said. “Prudential Arizona executives are not just leaders in their field here in Arizona, but leaders among Prudential’s network of more than 80,000 executives throughout North America. And as we continue to grow as a company, the national recognitions will only grow from there.” Americana Companies achieved a record-breaking year in 2011 with $2.2 billion in sales.
Stark practices what he preaches. The CEO has been with Prudential since 1985 and last year went from the prestigious designation of owning the 8th largest Prudential franchise in North America to the 6th. “That speaks volumes to the commitment of Prudential Arizona sales executives to their clients,” he said. “Only five other Prudential franchises among nearly 1,000 are larger than ours, and most are in markets significantly larger.” This week Stark’s firm was also ranked #20 in RIS Media’s 24th Annual Power Broker Survey of the country’s top 300 real estate companies http://remag.rismedia.com/t/14873.
