Kansas City, MO, April 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Festival producer Howard Alan Events and The Kansas City Power & Light District are bringing back its annual signature summer juried art festival to the heart of Downtown Kansas City May 18 – 20, 2012. Admission is free and open to the public.
