The Paul Kaplan Group announces the grand opening of their first retail venture as they launch their “store within a store” at Raymond | Lawrence, a retail "incubator" in Palm Springs, CA.
Palm Springs, CA, April 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Visitors to the Uptown Shopping District of Palm Springs area in search of a new retail shopping experience will be pleased to find just that in an innovative new retail incubator in Palm Springs. The Paul Kaplan Group, a charter member of Raymond | Lawrence, announces the grand opening of their first retail venture this Thursday evening, April 19th, from 6-9 p.m. as they launch their “store within a store” at the Raymond | Lawrence location at 830 North Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA. Raymond | Lawrence, which bills itself as a “destination for lovers of style” and “a unique gathering of offerings, brands and choices to suit your creative lifestyle” represents a new concept in retail marketing.
Paul Kaplan, owner of The Paul Kaplan Group says the grand opening will be the premiere of The Kaplan Group’s innovative and unique real estate marketing concept that expand the access that real estate shoppers have to The Kaplan Group’s home listings. “This new 'Pop-up' store will attract our target buyers, thus increasing exposure for our seller’s listings. We will have video screens in the kiosk that showcase open house tours for clients to view.” The grand opening is also a benefit for the AIDS Assistance Program.

Kaplan, a realtor who specializes in Mid-century Modern homes in the Palm Springs area has deep ties to the downtown shopping district. “I’ve published the Downtown Modern shopping guide that highlights the various galleries, restaurants and shops in and around the Uptown Shopping district. We are thrilled to have this opportunity for us to actually have a retail establishment in the heart of Palm Springs.” Visitors will also find architectural books and gifts that relate to Palm Springs including issues sponsored by the Palm Springs Modern Committee and the Palm Springs Preservation Foundation.
