Dieter W. Crago Joins SEPI Engineering & Construction as Project Manager
Construction specialist brings more than three decades of experience to local firm.
Raleigh, NC, April 20, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Sepi Asefnia, president of SEPI Engineering & Construction (http://www.sepiengineering.com), a firm that provides civil engineering and planning services to private and public sector clients across the Southeast, has announced the addition of Dieter W. Crago as a construction engineering and inspection project manager. Crago brings 35 years of industry experience to his new position, where he will be responsible for infrastructure work and field reviews of projects, as well as developing general contractor estimates. He will also oversee the evaluation and rebuilding of a large residential subdivision.
Crago grew up in Erlangen, Germany and currently resides in Huntersville, N.C. with his wife and two daughters. He studied in Germany before attending Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, where he obtained his general contractors license. Prior to joining SEPI Engineering & Construction, he served for 30 years as the construction manager for the City of Charlotte Engineering Department. He also served as vice president of United Construction Company and as president of his own general contracting company. Crago is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and the American Public Works Association, from which he has received the Donald C. Stone Award for Excellence in Education as well as the Robert S. Hobson Leadership Award. He has also received the Outstanding Service Award from the City of Charlotte.
