St. Louis, MO based Bandana’s Bar-B-Q opened its newest location at 300 S. 44th Street, Mt Vernon, IL on April 17, 2012. The 31 unit chain currently operates locations in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa with plans to continue expansion within these states while looking at opportunities in Indiana, Nebraska and Kentucky. Plans call for 5-10 new locations in the next 18 months. Expansion will be both corporate and franchised.

Since 1996, Bandana’s Bar-B-Q has been serving Southern Style Barbeque, seasoned with a dry rub, cooked sauceless and hand cut to order straight from the smoker. All menu items are made from scratch with an emphasis on quality and freshness. With a commitment to customers as well as quality, Bandana’s will cook it slow, but serve it fast.
