Love Supine Song Chosen for Boxtick America Webisode

Phoenix, AZ, April 25, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Proof that Love Supine's brand of alternative, indie, slightly Gothic rock is popular overseas, Boxtick America has chosen to use the band's "Medicine Man" in its latest Dockers®-sponsored webisode.

Boxtick America, self described as “Three Brits, One Bucket List,” is a group of three British friends who came up with a wish list of events they wanted to accomplish while visiting the U.S. Some of list came from American movies they saw as children, and some are based on life-long dreams. They drive the country and check off their experiences on an ever growing list of aspirations, sometimes in the face of danger but also with much hilarity.

Love Supine's worldwide following brought "Medicine Man" to the attention of Inkerman, Boxtick's marketing firm. Ryan Seville, Creative Director at Inkerman, said, “The team here at Inkerman was completely satisfied when we stumbled across Love Supine's track 'Medicine Man,' and wanted to feature it in our upcoming video project for Dockers®. Not only is it a very professional track with a limitless supply of energy that fulfilled all of our needs for the piece, but also because Love Supine was so great to deal with! I will definitely be keeping an eye out for future tracks!”

Kak, Love Supine's singer, said, “What a nice surprise it was to get an email from the Boxtick guys requesting to use one of my songs for their web episode. We really appreciate their support and I hope our involvement will help them gain some traction on their effort.”

Use of "Medicine Man" comes on the heels of Love Supine's first video release for "Molly Ringwald is Dead." Fans new and old can download "Medicine Man" for free.

About Boxtick America
Previously, Boxtick America partnered with Dockers® for a special webisode called the Alpha Khaki challenge, where the Boxtick boys are put into questionable situations while wearing Dockers® pants. Under the same partnership but with a different objective, Dockers® created the “Dockers® Man Grant” Facebook social media contest, where participants were to submit a 400 word essay to answer the question, "If you had $2000 and could create your own 'Boxtick' with the Boxtick America cast, what would it be and why?" The winner of the contest was Steven Centlivre, and Dockers® sent him on a trip with the Boxtick boys to a Nevada desert land sailing expedition, and of course, silliness and mayhem ensued.
