Clark Heintz Tools & Equipment LLC Introduces Wilton Vises to Their Product Line
Clark Heintz Tools & Equipment LLC has developed a business relationship with Wilton, a Division of Walter Meier.
Boston, MA, April 26, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Clark Heintz Tools & Equipment LLC is currently stocking mechanics vises and tradesman vises.
Among the product line of Industrial Bench Vises are the 740 Series, 21300, 21400, 21500,, and 21800 mechanics vises. All feature a swivel base that rotates 360° and has double lockdowns ensuring maximum stability; powder coat paint that resists scratches and provides a tough durable finish; replaceable hardened steel top and pipe jaws; and a large anvil work surface.
The Tradesman round channel vises are designed to handle the most demanding clamping applications. Tradesman round channel vise nut features rear anchoring, providing straight line pull and even pressure resulting in greater durability. Tradesman vises also feature round channel design, allowing for a completely enclosed spindle and nut assembly, which keeps debris out and lubrication in for a lifetime of smooth operation. For ultimate versatility the Tradesman is equipped with main jaws, pipe jaws and a machined anvil work surface. The main jaws are serrated for a sure grip. The pipe jaws are grooved to prevent rotation of round stock and have a two step design to assure a firm hold on both large and small diameter material. Both the main jaws and the pipe jaws are fully replaceable. The Tradesman vise is also equipped with a swivel base with dual locking nuts. The open locking design of the Tradesman base allows for a full 360 degrees of rotation. To prevent rotation during use both the locking nuts and base have serrated edges that interact positively to assure a non-slip grip when tightened. The main base has four pre-cast holes for mounting the vise to a work surface. Each vise includes a mounting template for quick no guess hole placement for mounting.
Please contact Clark Heintz Tools & Equipment LLC at 603-234-2612 for more information about these rugged and versatile vises.
