On Friday, May 11, 2012, at 6:30pm, Chicago Prime Steakhouse will host The Hess Collection Wine Dinner featuring Brian Batridge of The Hess Collection and Chef Ruben Garcia of Chicago Prime Steakhouse.

A wine reception commences at 6:30pm, followed by a 5-course all-inclusive dinner at 7pm. For $100 per person including tax and gratuity, guests can indulge in four Hess Collection wine selections thoughtfully paired with the award-winning cuisine of Chef Garcia.
