Atlanta, GA, April 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Critical Research, Inc., a Smith & Carson company, announces David Campbell, Process Management Specialist, received the National Association of Professional Background Screeners’ (NAPBS) Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) certification. The FCRA Basic Certification Program was developed by NAPBS to provide a basic knowledge of FCRA regulations. Recipients must complete 5 one hour webinars and pass the certification exam.

David’s completion of this certification demonstrates his thorough knowledge of both consumer rights and legal compliance issues. “In an industry governed by the core philosophy that applicant screening should be a top priority for employers, it seems only fitting that screening firms place equal emphasis on making sure staff is qualified to process screening requests,” says David. “Educated staff helps ensure that clients are getting the protection they pay for.
