Washington, DC, May 03, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Donna Marie Thompson, PhD, speaker, best-selling author, show host, and CEO of Goals in Action, LLC delivered a high-impact goal setting speech for members of Rotary International of North Bethesda, MD.

Dr. Thompson presented her all-new approach to goals, setting goals, and meeting every goal every time. Members participated in an interactive exercise where they examined eight dimensions of effective goal setting in key parts of their businesses.

Practical advice on how to set goals and objectives was shared and the Q&A session that followed revealed even more helpful goal setting techniques. Forecasting obstacles was the #1 area that the group believed needed more attention to consistently achieve their business and personal goals.
