Mr. Kane’s professional designations include Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA). He has received numerous awards in both the Financial Services Industry and the Retirement Plan Industry, including Finalist for the 2010 PlanSponsor/PlanAdvisor Magazine Retirement Plan Team of the Year Award. Michael Kane serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Community Food Bank since 1995, the Atlanta Table from 1988 to 1998 and Buckhead Coalition from 1992-2003. Mr. Kane is affiliated with the Center for Fiduciary Studies, Center for Fiduciary Excellence, National Retirement Partners and National Association of Plan Advisors. He was born in Washington, D.C. and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 1968 and attended George Washington Graduate School of Business.
