Rhode Island Condo Forum and Expo Set for May 19 in Warwick
Warick, RI, April 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The New England Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAINE) is holding its annual Rhode Island Condo Forum and Expo on May 19, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick from 8:00am - 2:30pm.
The day long program for condominium owners, board members, trustees and managers includes presentations by industry professionals and an opportunity to network with condominium suppliers and vendors. Attendees will gain essential, relevant and timely information to address problems and concerns that condominium associations face on a regular basis. The forum includes sessions on navigating a capital replacement project and insurance and disaster recovery pitfalls. In addition, in an interactive session speakers will address rules enforcement, amending condo documents, reasonable accommodation and other questions which challenge condo communities. Breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee.

Community Associations Institute (CAI) members include professional managers and community volunteers from condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide products and services to associations.
