In the fourth quarter of 2011, RCS Services joined forces with a private investment firm to form RCS Risk Services LLC (dba RCS Services “RCS”) and acquired certain assets of MRA Inspection Services (MRA), a Tennessee based firm specializing in loss control and underwriting assessments.

Since its founding in 1990, RCS has pioneered risk management strategies specific to the unique challenges of the staffing, PEO and other risk adverse industries including healthcare and transportation.
