Glendale’s Arrowhead Grill Offers Mother’s Day Brunch for Mom on Sunday, May 13
Glendale, AZ, May 02, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Valley mothers can make their special day even more memorable with a delicious Mother’s Day brunch created by Chef Charles Wade Schwerd at Arrowhead Grill. And after they dine, they can return once again to the Glendale eatery, thanks to the $20 Arrowhead Grill gift card each Mother’s Day brunch will include.
The Mother’s Day 2012 brunch menu created by Schwerd is a selection of his finest creations complete with flavorful starters and sides carefully selected to enhance each dining experience. The special menu, available at Arrowhead Grill from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 13, and will offer a choice of starter, entrée and side plus Arrowhead Grill’s famous butter cake for just $42.99 per person. Reservations are required.
For Mother’s Day, patrons get their choice of several signature entrees including Eggs Benedict, a half rack of New Zealand Lamb, a roasted half-chicken, an 8-ounce Prime Rib, 10-ounce Delmonico steak, a 7-ounce Filet Mignon wrapped in Applewood bacon, Atlantic salmon or swordfish or a 16-ounce pork tenderloin and pork chop.
“We want mom to have a memorable experience at Arrowhead Grill,” Schwerd said. “At your request, each entrée can be expertly paired by our staff with a salad or soup and side to offer the perfect Mother’s Day meal.”
Starters will include a choice of spring salad, summer salad, Caesar salad, ambrosia salad, or New England style clam chowder.
A delicious Arrowhead Grill side will also be included, with the choices of sautéed asparagus, sautéed green beans, mashed potatoes, baked potato, creamed corn, creamed spinach, AG hash browns, sautéed mushrooms and onion or maple mashed sweet potatoes.
Dessert will also be offered for an additional $5.99 and include the choice of the restaurant’s signature butter cake, crème brulee vanilla, cinnamon cake or strawberries and chocolate fondue.
