Recruitment Agency employs a talented new recruit - Dorset recruitment agency expands their workforce.
Bournemouth, United Kingdom, May 05, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Quantum Recruitment, a Bournemouth based recruitment agency, have been able to expand their team and add a talented new recruit to their own talent pool. By taking a practical, refreshingly holistic and consultative approach to recruitment, Quantum Recruitment has doubled their head count in just over a year.
Most recent recruit is Megan Eustace, an Office Administrator. Megan joined the team in February and has already gone on to impress the team with her work ethic and attitude.
Prior to joining the team, Megan had completed a Business Course in London, incorporating Finance, Project Management and Business Administration. Having spent some time travelling across the Goan region of India, Megan was then advised by one of her mentors to consider the recruitment industry because of her extroverted personality.
Megan commented: “I have always wanted to work in recruitment and then it was presented to me as an option. For me it’s not just a sales job... it’s all about building relationships with a diverse array of clients and candidates, and finding the perfect match. I love that the focus is on teamwork and communication!”
Having originally joined to assist with Healthcare placements, Megan has since gained confidence in the role and is happy to work with the other sectors that Quantum Recruitment support. Megan continued: “Clients are specific in their requirements and I am passionate to find them the perfect match. I am 100% excited to come to work every day. I really enjoy the fast paced environment and I look forward to watching my candidates progressing in their careers. In the next 12 months, I’d like to see myself become integral to the business and gradually work towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager. I’d love to still be working within this great team!”
