Quincy Therapist Pioneers New Form of Therapy

Quincy, MA, June 06, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Positive Psychology, an approach to therapy that focuses on accentuating the positive instead of the negative, is all the rage in the psychology field today. What most people don’t know is that a local woman is at the forefront of this field, not only harnessing the power of this idea, but taking it a step further with her own method, a method that has transformed hundreds of people and businesses throughout New England.

Novalis’ method is called the Multi-Level Transformation System. While like Positive Psychology it focuses on the positive instead of the negative, how it is delivered and what can be achieved is entirely of Novalis’ making. The process initially involves uncovering one’s stumbling blocks as well as assessing their energy. Once this assessment has occurred, Novalis resolves the negative trauma that is the cause of the stumbling blocks and replaces it with positive energy. Rather than talking for hours or even years about negative experiences, something that is not uncommon with traditional therapy, Novalis’ method usually gets results in just a few hours.

For Doris, an accomplished financial professional, after working with Novalis for just three sessions she was happier and stronger. “When I started with Brigitte, I suffered from various health problems. I was overworked, stressed out, had intestinal problems and was underweight. I also was not happy with my professional success, despite the fact that I worked so many hours.” Two months later Doris is the happy and healthy woman she always wanted to be. And, even though she is working fewer hours, she doubled her income in 6 months.

Born in Germany, Novalis’ system was developed through years of working with people, deep thought and research as well as 25 years of experience studying Metaphysics, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and Neurolinguistic Psychology. Her drive and passion comes from a deep desire to help people.

Said Novalis, “I am saddened by how many people today are sad and worried. If only they knew how easy it can be to regain joy and peace of mind. Life is meant to be enjoyable and fulfilling. I want to help people reach their full potential, not only for themselves as individuals, but also for the betterment of our world. It is my goal to uplift society one person and one group at a time.”

While some may think that therapy in general or that this method is only for those who have had extreme trauma in their lives, Novalis is quick to point out that, “we all have emotional baggage from the past, some more severe than others. For many people it is minor yet life-altering incidents, such as a car accident when they were a child or the common act of parents divorcing, which has limited their potential. The system that I have devised not only sheds this baggage like a layer of skin, but it changes peoples thoughts, feelings and beliefs and it is this that helps them to achieve long-term results.”
