SteadyRain Welcomes New Addition to Strategy Team, Ben Venker
St. Louis, MO, May 05, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Award winning, St. Louis based Internet strategy, web development, mobile, and online marketing agency, SteadyRain, is excited to announce the addition of Ben Venker as a Senior Project Manager to the Strategy Team. Ben will be managing client project strategies by interpreting clients’ business needs and building SteadyRain’s recommended solutions in order to effectively plan, task, and track project resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-scope, and on-budget.
Prior to joining SteadyRain, Ben held roles of Project Manager for Online Marketing and Software Development as well as IT Manager. These positions required him to work with a myriad of stakeholders within organizations and effectively facilitate communication, project tracking, and solution implementation for clients both external and internal.
Ben’s methodical and analytical approach to streamlining business processes, exceptional internal and external communication skills, and the ability to effectively multitask are natural strengths that fit well with the client base of SteadyRain.
“Ben was someone that we knew we wanted on the team from our first experience with him during the interview process,” said Thompson Knox, Executive Vice President of SteadyRain. “His need for a fast-paced work environment that provides consistent challenges, but a huge opportunity for learning is an exact match for SteadyRain. He’s hit the ground running already and is bringing his experience to help us understand where we can improve our clients’ experiences.”
