The event, which takes place on June 9th is for NoPayPOKER.com members only meaning that the chances of success are very much greater than usual as the field will be smaller and less experienced, being made up, as it is, of players who normally play free money poker.
To qualify to play, NoPayPOKER are running satellite qualifier games at NoPayPOKER 3 times a day until June 7th. In each case the top 10 players will receive a ticket to the main event on June 9th.
In order to participate the NoPayPOKER member must also be a "Real Money" member of PartyPoker. To be a Real Money member of PartyPoker requires that the member enter full personal details, however the member does not need to deposit any of their own money.
Should the member choose not to deposit money at PartyPoker then an agreement has been reached between NoPayPOKER and PartyPoker whereby NoPayPOKER will cash the members account up with $1 prior to the June 9th game. The player is free to use this money to enter any PartyPoker games that fall within this budget.
