Dallas, TX, May 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) today announced 16,462 square feet of new office leases by adding two new tenants at Park Ventura Office Center, a 194,480-square-foot office park located at 5025, 5055, and 5085 Park Boulevard in Plano.
The first tenant, Akrobi, a language service provider, leased 4,068 sf of office space at 5055 Park Boulevard. The second tenant, NCO Financial Systems, a business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions provider, leased 12,394 sf of office space at 5085 Park Boulevard.
CASE’s Buddy Tompkins, senior director; and Seth Thatcher, director; represented the landlord, Park Ventura Investment Partners, L.P., a joint venture between Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, L.P. of Miami and Cawley Partners of Dallas. Akorbi was represented by Juan Carlos Cruz of Angel Brokers Group. NCO Financial Systems was represented by Todd Mintz and Jim Lob of UGL Services – Equis Operations.
