Sensei Chris Feldt Promoted to Brown Belt in Shuri Te Butjutsu

Columbia, SC, May 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor at Samurai Karate Studio, located in Richland Northeast Columbia, was recently awarded his brown belt in Bujutsu.

Sensei Feldt trains under Shihan Troy Price, who heads the Shuri Te Bujutsu Kai, a national organization dedicated to promoting the practice of Bujutsu, a combative style of martial arts.

"It is such a privilege to train with Shihan Price," commented Feldt. "I have been training with him for over 4 years now with a group of very talented black belts in Columbia. This style uses a lot of joint manipulation as well as focuses on core basics of striking, kicking and blocking and greatly compliments my karate training, which is done privately with Shihan Price as well."
