Samurai Karate Studio Announces Student of the Period
Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor for Samurai Karate Studio, which is located in Richland Northeast Columbia, recently announced a new program called the SKS Student of the Period and named MJ Reid as the first recipient of this award.
Columbia, SC, May 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor for Samurai Karate Studio, which is located in Richland Northeast Columbia, recently announced a new program called the SKS Student of the Period.
"I feel blessed to have many fine students and families that support the work I am doing with Samurai Karate," explained Feldt. "And I want to start recognizing those students who are committed to Black Belt leadership excellence and doing their best in all aspects of their lives."
The first student selected was 10 year old MJ Reid, who has been a student of Samurai Karate Studio since he was 5 years old.
"MJ is the only students still with me since the first day we opened our karate school and I have seen him grow from a little boy, into a young man," commented Feldt. "He has come such a long way and has such a great attitude, he hardly ever misses a class and he is kind to other student members. MJ is really starting to act like a Black Belt!"
The award was announced during a recent belt graduation and certification. MJ received a certificate and a free meal at Cici's Pizza.
